Game Development for the "Ab ins Meer" Exhibition

In the scope of the Game Design seminar student Kajetan and Kersten created an interactive multitouch game for the "Ab ins Meer" exhibition in Dortmund Germany. The game attempts to introduce environmental problems to young school children through the lense of gaming. The gamificationlab describes the game as follows:

"[The] games are developed [...] will be part of a show that has been commissioned for a project about the problems and potential of the oceans. The games that are being built for a huge multi-touch table that allows for 6 players to interact simultaneously:

‘Tauchroboter’ is a deep ocean dive that opens your eyes for the wonders of the deep and ‘Miesmuschel’ is a game about the dynamic habitat of the common mussel. The games are intended to be played by children aged 10 to 16."
